| Color: light fawn | Maggie is a very light fawn, 1/2 Peruvian, 1/4 Bolivian, 1/4 Chilean girl. She is a Misty Maiden Granddaughter and SCA Peruvian Magnum Daughter. Magnum has certainly passed his fleece structure through to Maggie. Her fleece has an unbelievably soft handle and has crimp, crimp, crimp. Her dam, Nell, has always produced dark colored crias until this one and her sire has also thrown lots of dark crias, but Maggie is an exception. You can plan and plan but it just goes to show that you are going to get what you get (Is that a yogi-ism?). Maggie is simply an exceptional cria. | |||||||

LHAF Caesar Magnumus

| Color: dark brown | Caesar is a dark brown (Maroon) colored boy. He is a SCA Peruvian Magnum cria and Magnum has passed along his exceptional fleece to Caesar. His fleece is just unbelievablely soft for a dark colored alpaca, any color alpaca for that matter. His mom, Synsation, is a very small framed alpaca and Caesar was a dystocia baby and took a long time to be born, so as a result he had some motor control and eyesight problems early on. Those have been treated and are completely corrected. Also, due to the very difficult birth, this little guy could not nurse from mom for a good long while and we were pretty sure he didn't get enough colostrum transfer, so he was given a plasma transfusion on the second day. All those problems have already been sorted out and he is on the road to complete recovery. Very nice little boy!!! | |||||||

| Color: dark brown | Gracie is a dark brown little girl. She is a SCA Peruvian Magnum cria and Magnum has passed along his exceptional fleece to Gracie. Her fleece is Very soft for a dark colored alpaca, any color alpaca for that matter. Her mom, Angel, is a large framed alpaca but Gracie was a dystocia baby and she had to have some help delivering Gracie. Gracie has a little bit of a limp due to having to reposition the rear legs for delivery and there may have been a little muscle strain in her left hip as a result. She is walking better with passing time, so we are sure she will recover completely from this problem. Gracie was tiny at birth at only 11 lbs., 7 oz., even though she was full term. She has steadly gained weight since birth, so she won't be tiny very long. Congratulations Angel. Very nice little girl!!! | |||||||
